04 Orders & Payments
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification or confirmation of Cash on Delivery (COD), where available.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or any other valid reason.
05 Payment Safety & Fraud Awareness
- Make payments only through the secure checkout available on www.vmobile.in.
- Do not transfer money to any personal bank account, WhatsApp number, or personal UPI ID claiming to represent V Mobile.
- We never ask customers to make advance payments through phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, or social media.
- If anyone requests payment outside our official website, treat it as a potential fraud attempt.
* V Mobile is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized payments made outside our official payment system.
06 Shipping & Delivery
Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery time is 2–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service.
While we work with reliable courier partners, we are not responsible for delays once the shipment has been handed over to the courier.
07 Returns & Refunds
Eligible products may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Requirements:
- Must be unused and in original packaging.
- Must be in resalable condition.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection.
08 Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched, generally within 24 hours of placing the order.
To request a cancellation:
Contact us via email at support@vmobile.in and provide your Order ID.
Approved prepaid order cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. COD orders refused after dispatch may be subject to applicable shipping or COD handling charges.

All content on VMobile.in, including text, graphics, logos, product images, and designs, is the property of V Mobile. No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
10 User Reviews
By submitting reviews, comments, or suggestions, you grant V Mobile the right to use, reproduce, publish, and display such content across our platforms. We reserve the right to remove unlawful or abusive content.
11 Limitation of Liability & Legal
Liability: V Mobile shall not be liable for damage resulting from improper product use, temporary website technical issues, or courier delays after shipment.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Haryana, India.
